About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform predictive, preventive, and planned maintenance for power, motor control, process control, and pneumatic systems.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and implement repair solutions for electrical power and control equipment.
  • Implement standard electrical work practices in compliance with NEC and IEEE guidelines.
  • Utilize maintenance management software to facilitate job plans and record activities on plant assets.
  • Participate in food safety and quality efforts to ensure all activities conform to good manufacturing practices.
  • Maintain a commitment to a zero-injury culture by following all plant safety and operating guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of instrumentation experience or an equivalent industrial/commercial degree.
  • Basic knowledge of AC/DC circuit theory.
  • Understanding of process sensors, transmitters, and electrical safety devices (breakers, fuses, etc.).
  • Ability to read blueprints and install conduit.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation every 5th week.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments, including heights and extreme temperatures.
