Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan preventive and corrective work orders, estimating necessary resources based on plant needs
• Execute maintenance programs to organize and optimize the use of assigned resources
• Review and modify maintenance routines to improve machinery availability
• Analyze and troubleshoot equipment failures using corporate maintenance manual tools
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines through constant staff training

Requirements

• Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrical supervisor
• At least 2 years of experience in the cement or mining industry
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance programs, and cement manufacturing process equipment
• Proficiency in statistics, budget management, and data handling
• Ability to work rotating shifts and availability to travel

• Strong leadership and conflict management skills
• Proven ability in decision-making and results orientation
• Experience working in team-based environments
