Electrical and Auxiliary Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of electricians and maintenance specialists to ensure a high-performing workforce.
• Manage the lifecycle of all electrical systems and auxiliary support equipment to maximize production uptime.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and food safety standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues to minimize production downtime.
• Manage resources including personnel, tools, materials, and external contractors.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance logs, equipment records, and SOPs.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, support equipment, and conveyance systems.
• Working knowledge of automation and controls.
• Experience with maintenance planning or work order systems.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise electrical and mechanical maintenance teams.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to provide project management support for plant capital improvements and safety initiatives.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
