Electric Power Research Center Director

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for all Electric Power Research Center (EPRC) operations
• Manage research portfolios and secure external funding to advance electric power systems
• Cultivate industry memberships and strengthen ties with utility companies and regional operators
• Develop impactful continuing education programs and shape workforce development
• Drive high-value collaborations across universities, government agencies, and national organizations
• Oversee financial planning, strategic initiatives, and cutting-edge research testbeds

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8 years of related professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in engineering
• Experience working within the electric power industry
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license
