Elderly Care Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate direct care to elderly clients, including assistance with daily living, personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Monitor vital signs and address basic healthcare needs with accuracy
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of care provided in compliance with homecare standards

Requirements

• Nursing degree (Bachelor’s degree or diploma) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, specifically focused on elderly or homecare services
• Strong expertise in elderly care and chronic condition management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
