Elanco Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, break down, clean, monitor, and record the operation of assigned machinery and equipment
• Follow all production processes to meet or exceed daily production requirements
• Validate and produce high-quality products in compliance with FDA regulations
• Adhere to corporate policies, safety protocols, and good housekeeping practices
• Maintain neat, concise, and accurate records of all associated paperwork
• Decrease product variability through proper equipment preparation and adherence to established procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma or two years of college in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 2 years of experience in an FDA manufacturing environment (Food or Nutraceutical industry preferred)
• 2 years of hands-on machine experience, including the ability to tear down and reassemble machinery
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs and push/pull up to 500 lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to understand GMPs and follow technical directions for bulk batch creation
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as required by workload

• Experience operating encapsulation machines
