Elanco Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, break down, clean, monitor, and record the operation of assigned machinery and equipment
• Follow all production processes to meet or exceed daily production requirements
• Validate and produce high-quality products following all required steps
• Implement job assignments promptly to conduct testing without compromising quality
• Adhere to corporate policies, safety protocols, and good housekeeping practices
• Decrease product variability through proper equipment preparation
• Maintain neat, concise, and accurate records of all associated paperwork

Requirements

• High School diploma or two years of college in a technical discipline
• 2 years of experience in an FDA manufacturing environment (Food or Nutraceutical Industry)
• 2 years of hands-on machine experience (Encapsulation machines preferred)
• Ability to operate, tear down, and reassemble machinery
• Ability to operate technical machines and create bulk batches from raw materials
• Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push/pull up to 500 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as demanded
