About the role
Responsibilities
- Create good relationships and deliver first-class customer experiences
- Sales and advisory for glasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and accessories
- Map customer needs and find solutions adapted to vision, lifestyle, and preferences
- Follow up the sales process in close collaboration with opticians and colleagues
- Handle orders and contribute to simple workshop work
- Ensure the store is always tidy, inviting, and inspiring
- Participate actively in courses and contribute to professional development
- Guide customers with a focus on good eye health follow-up
Requirements
- Ability to understand and use English in the workday for training and webinars
- Strong commitment to people and excellent service
- Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, during the summer period, and as needed (e.g., during illness or absence)
