Responsibilities

  • Build good relationships and create first-class customer experiences
  • Sales and advisory of glasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and other products
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions adapted to vision, lifestyle, and preferences
  • Follow the entire sales process in close cooperation with opticians and colleagues
  • Perform orders and simple workshop work
  • Contribute to ensuring the store always appears tidy and inviting
  • Participate actively in courses and professional development throughout the year
  • Provide advice and guidance with a high standard for eye health follow-up

Requirements

  • Passion for people, service, and quality
  • Ability to understand and use English well enough to follow internal training, courses, and webinars
  • Ability to work during campaigns, illness, and holidays (summer, autumn, Christmas, winter, and Easter)
