Responsibilities
- Build good relationships and create first-class customer experiences
- Sales and advisory of glasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and other products
- Identify customer needs and offer solutions adapted to vision, lifestyle, and preferences
- Follow the entire sales process in close cooperation with opticians and colleagues
- Perform orders and simple workshop work
- Contribute to ensuring the store always appears tidy and inviting
- Participate actively in courses and professional development throughout the year
- Provide advice and guidance with a high standard for eye health follow-up
Requirements
- Passion for people, service, and quality
- Ability to understand and use English well enough to follow internal training, courses, and webinars
- Ability to work during campaigns, illness, and holidays (summer, autumn, Christmas, winter, and Easter)
