About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by developing and executing joint business plans for Momo, managing P&L, and achieving sales and market share targets for luxury brands.
- Lead strategic partnerships by acting as the primary contact for Momo, negotiating for optimal visibility, promotions, and brand support.
- Manage and mentor a team of three, fostering professional growth and ensuring operational excellence in daily platform activities.
- Optimize performance through continuous monitoring and analysis of key metrics, providing data-driven insights to brand teams and senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proven record of leading sizable teams.
- Extensive experience in e-commerce and key account management with a track record of driving results.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with fluency in both Mandarin and English.
- Deep familiarity with pure player platforms or major e-commerce marketplaces.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong business vision with the ability to balance sales performance and long-term strategic planning.
