Responsibilities

• Execute sales of travel insurance and car rentals via call center for the Best Day/Despegar brand.
• Provide high-quality customer service to travelers and agency clients.
• Drive revenue through proactive sales techniques and commission-based performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to travel services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service within a call center or travel agency environment.
• Experience in tourism sales.
• Previous experience in car rental sales or insurance sales is highly preferred.
• Strong motivation to work in a commission-based compensation structure.
• Full availability to work rotating shifts.
