Responsibilities

• Advise customers to identify their service needs within AT&T stores, ensuring optimal service solutions.
• Establish cordial and professional relationships with customers to ensure high service levels and problem resolution.
• Execute quality standards established by management to guarantee the best sales and service experience.
• Correctly and completely process customer visits within company systems to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established objectives and company policies.

Requirements

• Completed Technical Career or High School (Bachillerato).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Strong orientation toward achieving objectives.
• Ability to work onsite in Navojoa, Sonora.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or partially completed studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in customer service specifically within the telecommunications or telephony industry.
