About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers in AT&T stores to identify their service needs and optimize their experience.
- Establish cordial and professional relationships with customers to ensure high service levels and problem resolution.
- Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best service and sales experience.
- Correctly and completely process customer visits within company systems to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established objectives and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Technical Career or High School Diploma (Bachillerato Concluido).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or partial degree in Communication Sciences, Administration, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in customer service within the telephony or communications industry.
