About the role

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers to identify their service needs within AT&T stores, ensuring service optimization.
  • Establish cordial and professional relationships with customers to provide effective problem resolution.
  • Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best sales and service experience.
  • Correctly and completely process customer visits within company systems to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established objectives and policies.

Requirements

  • Completed Technical Career or High School diploma (Bachillerato).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Strong orientation toward achieving objectives.
  • Ability to follow established company processes and policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or partial degree in Communication Sciences, Administration, or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications or telephony industry.
