About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure high service levels and provide effective problem resolution.
- Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best possible sales and service experience.
- Correctly and completely register customer visits in company systems to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established business objectives.
- Identify customer service needs within AT&T stores to optimize service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Completed Technical Career or High School (Bachillerato).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales roles.
- Ability to follow established processes and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the telecommunications or telephony industry.
- Degree or partially completed studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications sector.
