Responsibilities
- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure high service levels and problem resolution.
- Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best sales and service experience.
- Correctly and completely process customer visits within company systems to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established objectives.
Requirements
- Completed Technical Career or High School (Bachillerato).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to follow established processes and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications industry.
- Degree or partially completed studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or related fields.
