About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure high service levels and provide effective problem resolution.
  • Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best possible sales and service experience.
  • Correctly and completely process customer visits within company systems to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Technical Career or completed High School (Bachillerato).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Strong orientation toward achieving goals and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications or telephony industry.
  • Degree or partially completed studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or a related field.
