About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers to identify their service needs within AT&T stores, ensuring service optimization.
- Establish cordial and professional relationships with customers to ensure high service levels and problem resolution.
- Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best sales and service experience.
- Correctly and completely process customer visits within company systems to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Technical Career or High School Diploma (Bachillerato Concluido).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Strong orientation toward achieving objectives.
- Ability to follow established processes and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or partially completed studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications or telephony industry.
