About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers to identify their service needs within AT&T stores, ensuring optimal service solutions.
- Establish cordial and professional relationships with customers to ensure high service levels and problem resolution.
- Execute quality standards established by management to guarantee the best sales and service experience.
- Correctly and completely process customer visits within company systems to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established business objectives.
Requirements
- Completed Technical Career or High School diploma (Bachillerato).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service environments.
- Ability to follow established processes and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or partially completed studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in customer service specifically within the telecommunications or telephony industry.
