About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure high service levels and provide effective problem resolution.
- Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best possible sales and service experience.
- Correctly and completely process customer visits within company systems to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established business objectives.
- Advise customers to identify their service needs within AT&T stores, optimizing their experience while adhering to established policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Technical Career or High School Diploma (Bachillerato Concluido).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the telecommunications or telephony industry (2+ years preferred).
- Degree or partial studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or related fields.
- Ability to commit to completing required educational levels through company programs if necessary.
