About the role

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers to identify their service needs within AT&T stores, ensuring service optimization.
  • Establish cordial and professional relationships with customers to ensure high service levels and problem resolution.
  • Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best sales and service experience.
  • Correctly and completely process customer visits within company systems to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform specialized activities oriented toward established objectives and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Technical Career or completed High School (Bachillerato).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Ability to follow established processes and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Desirable 2 years of experience in customer service within the telephony or communications industry.
  • Degree or partial studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or related fields.
