About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure high service levels and provide problem-solving alternatives.
- Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best service and sales experience.
- Correctly and completely process customer visits within company systems to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established objectives.
- Advise customers in AT&T stores to identify their service needs and optimize their shopping experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Technical Career or High School Diploma completed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Ability to follow established processes and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or partial degree in Communication Sciences, Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications or telephony industry.
