About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure high service levels and provide problem-solving alternatives.
  • Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best service and sales experience.
  • Correctly and completely process customer visits within company systems to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established objectives.
  • Advise customers in AT&T stores to identify their service needs and optimize their shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Technical Career or High School Diploma completed.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Ability to follow established processes and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or partial degree in Communication Sciences, Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications or telephony industry.
