About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure high service levels and provide effective problem resolution.
- Execute established quality standards set by management to ensure the best possible sales and service experience.
- Correctly and completely process customer visits within company systems to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Technical Career or High School Diploma completed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales roles.
- Strong orientation toward achieving objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or partially completed studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications or telephony industry.
