About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers in AT&T stores to identify their service needs and optimize their shopping and sales experience.
- Establish cordial and professional relationships with customers to ensure high service levels and provide effective problem resolution.
- Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best possible service and sales experience.
- Correctly and completely process customer visits within company systems to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Technical Career or High School Diploma completed.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Ability to follow established processes and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in the telecommunications or telephony industry.
- Degree or partial degree in Communications, Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates who do not meet the required schooling may be required to sign a commitment letter to complete their studies through the "Reto Termina tus Estudios" program.
