About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure high service levels and provide problem-solving alternatives.
- Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best possible service and sales experience.
- Correctly and completely register customer visits in company systems to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established objectives.
- Advise customers to identify their service needs within AT&T stores, optimizing sales and following established policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Technical Career or High School Diploma completed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Ability to follow established processes and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Desirable 2 years of experience in the telecommunications or telephony industry.
- Degree or partially completed studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or related fields.
