Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and sales support within the telecommunications sector
• Engage with customers to identify needs and offer appropriate products and services

Requirements

• Minimum of a technical career or completed high school diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales roles
• Ability to work onsite in Veracruz

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or partial degree in Communications, Administration, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in customer service specifically within the telephony or communications industry
