About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish cordial and professional relationships with customers to ensure high service levels and provide effective problem resolution.
- Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best possible service and sales experience.
- Correctly and completely register customer visits and interactions within company systems to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established business objectives.
- Identify customer service needs within AT&T stores to optimize their experience while adhering to established policies.
Requirements
- Completed Technical Career or High School (Bachillerato).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Ability to work onsite in Merida, Yucatan.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications or telephony industry.
- Degree or partially completed studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or a related field.
