About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish cordial and professional relationships with customers to ensure high service levels and provide effective problem resolution.
  • Execute quality standards established by management to ensure the best possible service and sales experience.
  • Correctly and completely register customer visits and interactions within company systems to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform specialized process activities oriented toward established business objectives.
  • Identify customer service needs within AT&T stores to optimize their experience while adhering to established policies.

Requirements

  • Completed Technical Career or High School (Bachillerato).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Ability to work onsite in Merida, Yucatan.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications or telephony industry.
  • Degree or partially completed studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or a related field.
