About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure high service levels and provide solutions during the first contact.
  • Execute established quality standards to ensure the best service and sales experience, applying the company's brand promise.
  • Correctly and completely register customer visits in company systems.
  • Address rejection incidents promptly and meet sales, renewal, and retention objectives to contribute to corporate goals.
  • Perform specialized process activities according to assigned tasks, adapting to changes and remaining goal-oriented.

Requirements

  • Completed Technical Career or High School (Bachillerato).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within the telephony or communications industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or partially completed studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or a related field.
