Ejecutivo Universal Junior B

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive and reactive sales by identifying customer needs for AT&T products and services
• Manage contract renewals based on evolving customer requirements
• Provide high-quality customer service by detecting needs and generating necessary incidents for problem resolution
• Execute service processes including billing clarifications, service suspensions/reactivations, plan changes, and device warranties
• Contribute to corporate goals regarding sales, renewals, retention, accessories, and insurance

Requirements

• Completed Technical Career or High School (Bachillerato)
• 1-2 years of experience in sales
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or partially completed studies in Communication Sciences, Administration, or related fields
