Ejecutivo Sr Broking Autos

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic intermediary between the Aon Commercial area and the insurance sector to secure optimal proposals for end clients.
• Analyze and refine data provided by Commercial and Client Facing teams to ensure accuracy in the quoting process.
• Manage quotes with market insurers, identifying and recommending alternatives that best fit client risks and requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive technical studies and analyses to facilitate agile decision-making for commercial teams.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to obtain the best coverage conditions, costs, and benefits.
• Serve as a technical expert in the automotive insurance sector, providing specialized advice and training to internal teams.
• Support key client meetings by presenting technical solutions and addressing complex inquiries.
• Monitor business indicators for quoted fleets, such as win/loss ratios, to drive continuous improvement in placement strategies.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive insurance underwriting.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive within a brokerage or insurance company.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong skills in customer service, oral and written communication, and teamwork.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations, organize tasks, and prioritize effectively.
