About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by assessing potential clients' needs.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to optimize credit lines and promote new financial operations.
- Structure and integrate credit operations for committee review to secure approvals.
- Maintain updated credit processes within the CRM to ensure data availability for sales teams and stakeholders.
- Implement post-sales follow-up actions to ensure portfolio financial health and maintain profitability.
Requirements
- Completed high school education (Preparatoria) with certificate.
- Experience in sales to individuals or legal entities (PyME, Banking, Sofomes, or Leasing companies).
- Knowledge of credit, leasing, business management, and consultative selling.
- Experience in collections management and client service.
- Proficiency in CRM management (e.g., Freshsales, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Tools.
