Ejecutivo Select

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Select clients by offering high-value financial products including loans, investments, and insurance.
• Plan and execute weekly commercial activities to meet institutional objectives and sales rhythms.
• Conduct daily effective calls and visits to prospects and current clients to ensure deep portfolio knowledge and engagement.
• Provide differentiated customer service in-branch, handling product requests, complaints, and clarifications for top-tier clients.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through strategic management of investment maturities and commercial levers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service and client management.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, investments, and sales prospecting.
• Results-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively within a team and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• AMIB certification.
