About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect and follow up on the SME portfolio within assigned zones.
- Attract new and qualified clients to drive business growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline and monitor overdue accounts.
- Prepare and follow up on client files and documentation.
- Present client cases to the credit committee in collaboration with the Credit team.
- Ensure post-sale follow-up to verify correct payment application.
Requirements
- Degree (completed or in progress) in economic-administrative areas.
- 2+ years of experience in banking or finance, specifically selling products to SMEs.
- Knowledge of funding processes and requirements for clients.
- Ability to detect business opportunities and build strategic relationships.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on results and innovation.
