About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and follow up on the SME (PyME) client portfolio
  • Attract new and qualified clients to drive business growth
  • Manage the sales pipeline and oversee overdue accounts
  • Prepare and follow up on client documentation and files
  • Present client cases to the credit committee in collaboration with the Credit team
  • Ensure post-sale follow-up to verify correct payment application

Requirements

  • Degree (completed or in progress) in economic-administrative areas
  • 2+ years of experience in banking or finance, specifically selling products to SMEs
  • Knowledge of funding processes and requirements for clients
  • Ability to detect business opportunities and build strategic relationships
  • Proactive attitude with a strong focus on results and innovation
