About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and validate client documentation, including invoices, license plate cancellations, and vehicle tax payments.
- Coordinate with the valuation department to request damage budgets for insured units to validate total loss claims.
- Request check orders for total loss payments to be issued to clients.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Administration or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of administrative processes within auto insurance claims.
- Previous experience working in payment or treasury departments.
