About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote and advise on electronic payroll and various bank products to current and potential clients
- Prospect new clients to increase market penetration
- Perform cross-selling of additional products such as insurance, credit cards, or investments
- Achieve sales targets and market penetration goals
- Monitor sales strategy performance, analyze results, and adjust tactics to improve effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the sale and promotion of banking products and services
- Strong knowledge of payroll products
- Service-oriented attitude, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities
