Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive insurance services for multiple accounts, specializing in major medical expenses, life insurance, and optional benefits.
• Provide specialized advisory services regarding coverage, insured sums, benefits, exclusions, and policy processes.
• Guide policyholders through the entire service cycle, including reimbursements, hospitalizations, and life insurance claims.
• Support the correct completion, integration, and validation of required documentation according to insurer guidelines.
• Follow up on cases by managing relationships with insurers, hospitals, and providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and ensure visibility.
• Register and update all service interactions in operational systems and reports to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the insurance sector, specifically with Major Medical, Life, and optional benefits.
• Expertise in claims management and administrative processes (reimbursements, indemnities, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and high volumes of cases simultaneously while prioritizing by criticality.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and clarity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Availability to perform client visits.
