Ejecutivo Jr Cobranza

Responsibilities

• Maximize the recovery of the write-off (pool castigo) portfolio through effective negotiation.
• Improve credit quality by managing debt restructuring or immediate recovery schemes.
• Profile clients to identify appropriate exit strategies based on their financial capabilities.
• Conduct field visits and home visits for client localization.
• Perform telephone outreach and manage information capture within internal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in collections (cobranza).
• Experience in extrajudicial collections, sales, or client portfolio management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to drive an automobile.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to travel.
