Responsibilities

• Develop and follow up on mortgage collection management strategies using various contact channels such as calls, messages, emails, and visits.
• Apply communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to recover mortgage credits in accordance with quality standards and operational needs.
• Manage assigned portfolios effectively, ensuring proper follow-up on negotiations and timely documentation of all processes.
• Provide payment alternatives to clients to prevent portfolio delinquency and maximize recovery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or student in economic-administrative areas, Social Sciences (Law), or a technical degree in related fields.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in collections, consumer credit, or mortgage credit collections.
• Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Availability to perform field management (domiciliary visits) as required by operations.
