Responsibilities
- Manage the extrajudicial collection of delinquent mortgage credit from written-off portfolios.
- Formalize judicial agreements and negotiate credit restructuring.
- Perform solvency and reliability analysis for clients.
- Execute telephone collection and conduct home visits to clients.
- Maintain strict control and management of information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Economic-Administrative sciences.
- 3 years of experience in extrajudicial collection.
- Proven experience managing portfolios with more than 15 overdue payments.
- Knowledge of negotiating agreements and credit restructuring.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual or automatic utility vehicles.
- Availability to travel and perform field visits in Morelos and Toluca.
