Responsibilities

• Recover mortgage credit portfolios through advanced delinquency collection or the sale of litigation rights to interested investors.
• Develop new strategies for mortgage credit collection and the sale of litigation rights.
• Establish guidelines and strategies within the regulatory framework to achieve established goals.
• Manage negotiation and attention for key clients.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Economics, Administration, or Law.
• 3 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in extrajudicial collection for large portfolios (greater than 15pv).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative controls.
• Strong negotiation skills, data management, and ability to work under pressure toward goals.
• Full availability to travel and perform prolonged field visits.
