Ejecutivo Horeca

Responsibilities

• Develop assigned clients through periodic visits and advisory services to achieve multi-category portfolio objectives.
• Identify, propose, and execute value-added solutions to foster client growth and commercial results.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships by assisting clients with their specific requirements.
• Monitor and ensure sales and market share objectives are met according to the annual plan.
• Manage business fundamentals to ensure excellence in execution at every point of sale.
• Negotiate and manage the installation of cooling equipment and company assets to drive profitability.
• Identify and prospect new clients within the specific Horeca channel.
• Drive the development of the multi-category product portfolio.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of commercial experience in client service and development.
• Valid driver's license and possession of a personal vehicle.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday, including weekend night shifts (6:00 PM – 1:00 AM).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Horeca mass consumption channel.
