Ejecutivo GEM Territorio

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and specialized attention to State and Municipal Government clients.
• Manage business development, client retention, and profitability within the assigned territory.
• Prospect new government business following institutional strategies.
• Monitor the growth of the assigned portfolio in terms of deposits, credit, and related services.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals for the local portfolio to achieve goals.
• Conduct client visits and meetings to identify needs and solve complex problems.
• Maintain active relationships with internal stakeholders, including branch directors and officials.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the sale of financial products and services.
• Proven experience in sales, client management, and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of public finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and market analysis.
• Ability to interact effectively with mid-to-high level management.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• English language proficiency.
