Ejecutivo Fx

Responsibilities

• Sell FX products, derivatives, and securities directly to corporate clients to drive strategic growth and market share.
• Originate and execute meaningful transactions while managing client relationships through value-added services.
• Provide specialized advisory on FX spot, forwards, and hedging solutions based on client business exposures.
• Partner with internal functions including Trading, Risk Management, Compliance, and Legal to ensure proper product deployment and governance.
• Monitor global markets to provide real-time, relevant information and insights to clients.
• Maintain high standards of risk management, regulatory compliance, and ethical conduct in all business decisions.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in financial markets, specifically within FX, derivatives, or corporate sales.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles with strong commercial and business development skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex market data and client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• AMIB Figura 3 certification.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Existing active client portfolio within the corporate segment.
• Experience with vanilla hedges and basic derivative strategies.
