About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new agents within established timeframes and review all necessary documentation.
- Generate management reports regarding prospecting funnels, new registrations, productivity, follow-up matrices, and visit logs.
- Maintain consistent communication flows with agents and oversee the onboarding experience.
- Conduct training sessions and field visits to new agents.
- Address and resolve requirements and inquiries from promoters and agents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven commercial experience working with agents and promoters.
- Intermediate to advanced experience in customer service.
- Must possess a personal vehicle.
- Availability to travel occasionally.
- Excellent commercial attitude and service orientation.
