Ejecutivo Estrategia Comercial

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new agents within established timeframes and review all necessary documentation.
• Generate management reports regarding prospecting funnels, new registrations, productivity, follow-up matrices, and site visits.
• Maintain consistent communication flows with agents and oversee the onboarding experience.
• Conduct training sessions and field visits for new agents to support the Northeast region.
• Address and resolve requirements from promoters and agents in the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service (intermediate and final stages) and commercial support for agents and promoters.
• Must possess a personal vehicle.
• Availability to travel occasionally.
• Excellent commercial attitude and service-oriented mindset.
