Ejecutivo Especializado Financiera Bajío

Responsibilities

• Promote Financiera Bajío products and authorized schemes to increase the customer base
• Manage the registration, instrumentation, and follow-up of credit lines and post-sales services
• Advise and train BanBajío executives on Financiera Bajío product offerings
• Supervise and manage overdue portfolios and resolve delinquency issues
• Provide personalized customer service via in-person and telephone channels

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related economic-administrative fields
• At least one year of experience in credit, promotion, and sales of banking products (specifically leasing)
• Experience in managing active credit lines and overdue portfolios
• Results-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills
• Must have a personal vehicle
