Ejecutivo Especializado Financiera Bajío

Responsibilities

• Promote Financiera Bajío products and authorized schemes to increase the customer base
• Manage the registration, instrumentation, and follow-up of credit lines and post-sales services
• Advise and train BanBajío executives on the specific products offered by Financiera Bajío
• Supervise and manage overdue portfolios and resolve outstanding credit issues
• Provide personalized customer service both in person and via telephone

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, or Finance (completed or in progress)
• At least one year of experience in credit, promotion, and sales of banking products
• Specific experience in leasing products
• Experience in managing active credit lines and overdue portfolios
• Must have a personal vehicle
• Results-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills
