Responsibilities

• Promote the corporate market through a customer-centric approach to increase the client base
• Achieve high cross-selling rates with existing clients through personalized service
• Collect and manage all necessary client information for credit analysis
• Provide continuous follow-up and information to clients regarding their credit status
• Implement business strategies to identify and contact potential prospects
• Monitor the timely recovery of granted financing and maintain integral client relationships
• Coordinate with various institutional areas to ensure clients are informed of all operations
• Ensure all products and services provided comply with institutional policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in portfolio management
• 2 years of experience in sales
• 2 years of experience in customer service
