About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the financial needs of SMEs to offer appropriate credit products
- Develop and present attractive financial product proposals tailored to client needs
- Prospect new clients based on the Bank's strategic objectives
- Analyze existing client accounts to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with the credit team to evaluate credit proposals
- Monitor account status and portfolio performance to implement preventive or corrective measures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SME Executive or Bank Branch Manager
- Proven experience in the placement and management of credit lines up to 10 million MXN
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis and financial statements
- Ability to analyze data and a results-oriented mindset
- Proactive attitude with strong negotiation skills and business vision
- Must possess a personal vehicle and an existing client portfolio
